Clients must provide truthful, accurate information and confirm that they own the business or are authorized to act for it. BPR will not knowingly prepare false evidence, misrepresent a business, create deceptive profiles, or circumvent platform enforcement.
The client retains ownership and control of their Business Profile. Any access granted to BPR is limited to the services purchased and may be revoked by the client. BPR does not require the client's Google password, OTP, PIN, or verification code.

BPR collects information clients voluntarily provide to evaluate and service their cases, which may include contact information, business information, profile links, suspension notices and supporting business documents. BPR should collect only information reasonably necessary for the service and use appropriate safeguards for uploaded documents.
BPR will not request Google account passwords, OTPs, PINs or verification codes. Before launch, connect a secure storage/form provider and complete retention, deletion, processor, cookie, state-law and contact disclosures appropriate to the final technology stack.
Because BPR services involve professional analysis and case preparation, the final refund policy should define when work is considered started and what portion, if any, remains refundable after work begins. No fee should be represented as payment to Google and no refund rule should imply a guaranteed reinstatement outcome.
